This is a list of most of the insurance companies that we are assigned with. If your insurance company is not listed, please call our office and ask about your plan. The following list is not comprehensive.

We do not accept the Federal Employees Vision Care Plans which take effect December 31, 2006. However, we do accept Federal Blue Cross for eye examinations if there is a medical problem with your eyes. Call our office for details. The Federal Vision Care Plans which we do not accept are: Vision Service Plan for Federal Employees, also known as Signature Choice; the BlueCross BlueShield Association plan, otherwise known as Davis Vision; and Spectera.
